David is a highly respected and long-standing professional in the caravan industry, with over 40 years of dedicated service at L C Hughes Partnership / Bicester Caravan and Leisure. His extensive experience has made him an expert in sales, with a deep understanding of all aspects of caravan functionality. Alongside Chris, David’s attention to detail in the daily running of the business is unparalleled, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service across the board.

David is dedicated to providing customers with clear, informative guidance, helping them make confident decisions when purchasing caravans, motorhomes, trailers, folding campers, or accessories. His tailored advice consistently meets customer needs and ensures their satisfaction.

Sales Executive

Karen is a trusted and long-standing member of our team, with over 14 years of dedicated service at Bicester Caravan and Leisure. Her extensive experience has made her an expert in sales, and she is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of caravan functionality, ensuring customers receive thorough and informative handovers.

In addition to her sales role, Karen oversees managing of the accessory shop and our Awning Department, keeping it well-stocked and updated with the latest products. Her efficiency, expertise, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to both our team and customers.

Sales Executive

Richard is a highly valued member of our team and has worked for us in excess of 14 years bringing dedication and expertise to every customer interaction. Having progressed through the company from valeting to becoming a successful Sales Executive, Richard’s comprehensive knowledge of both new and preowned products is unparalleled.

Richard is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. From your initial visit to exploring finance options, all the way through to the handover and collection of your new vehicle, Richard will guide you with professionalism and care, making the process seamless and enjoyable.

Administration and Customer Care Specialist

Stevie plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our business through her work in the administration office. She expertly manages daily administrative tasks, processes orders, and coordinates customer handovers, ensuring a seamless transition when their caravan is ready.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Stevie co-manages the accessory shop alongside Karen, bringing her extensive knowledge and helpful attitude to assist customers. She is also the friendly and professional voice on our telephone switchboard, always ready to provide excellent support and answer inquiries. Stevie’s dedication and efficiency make her an invaluable member of our team. She has worked for the company in excess of 8 years

Aftersales Specialist

Claire is a key member of our Aftersales Department and has worked for us for many years and often your first point of contact for servicing, warranty, and aftersales inquiries. Her approachable nature and in-depth knowledge make her an excellent guide for all post-purchase processes.

Weekend Shop Assistant

Edward has been a valued member of our team for some time, and while he primarily works weekends, his knowledge of the shop, awnings, and folding campers is exceptional. As the first point of contact for customers, whether in person or over the phone, Edward provides a friendly and professional experience that helps build strong customer relationships.

Despite being one of the younger members of the team, Edward has quickly become an integral part of the business. Weekend Shop Assistant

Reece is a new member of our team, primarily working on weekends he works on the other part of our business on weekdays. Despite his weekend role, he possesses a remarkable knowledge of the shop’s products already, including awnings and folding campers. As the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, Reece consistently provides a friendly, professional, and helpful experience, fostering strong customer relationships and his confidence is growing daily.

Though one of the younger members of the team, Reece has quickly established himself as an integral part of the team.
